In times when the isolation of the elderly and underprivileged is of increasing concern, providing facilities for them to meet and interact with other people should be a key part of social planning. A Yamaha audio system has recently been added to assist one such project in the Charlois district of Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Dutch gyms VondelGym have recently opened their second facility in Amsterdam, featuring a Yamaha audio system. The owners have been so impressed with it that they have asked for a similar system to replace that by a different manufacturer in the first gym, despite it only being two years old.
