P-37E 피아니카의 가장 두드러진 특징은 톤입니다. 가장 낮은 음에서 높은 음까지 고른 음색을 낼 수 있습니다. 특히 브라운과 블랙 피아니카는 높은 음계도 부드럽고 온화합니다. 레드 피아니카 역시 전 범위에 걸쳐 고른 소리를 내며 높은 음계에도 소리를 지나치게 거세지지 않도록 조절되어 있습니다.
이러한 구분은 브라운/블랙 및 레드 피아니카의 다른 사양 때문입니다. 브라운 및 블랙 P-37E 피아니카의 음악적 톤은 흡음재, 호흡 흐름 제어, 고유의 내부 구조 및 기타 수많은 기술적 디테일을 신중하게 적용하여 이뤄진 것입니다. 각각의 음에 풍부하고 음악적인 따뜻함으로 둘러싸인 잘 정의된 음색 코어를 두기 위해 섬유제품 "ECODEAR" 재료가 악기의 밑면 케이스에 사용되었습니다.

피아니카의 관리
많은 사람들은 피아니카와 같은 관악기에서 떨어지는 액체가 타액이라고 생각하지만 그것이 아니라 주로 연주자의 숨결을 머금은 수분이 응축된 것입니다. 물 버튼을 누른 상태에서 마우스피스에 바람을 불어 넣어 악기에 쌓인 수분을 제거할 수 있습니다. 마우스피스와 연장 파이프는 일반 물로 세척할 수 있습니다. 다만, 악기의 안쪽과 바깥쪽은 물이나 다른 어떤 종류의 세제로도 세척해서는 안 됩니다.
